**Job Mission:** Manage unit operations, ensuring alignment with company guidelines, achievement of commercial and operational targets, customer satisfaction, and integrated management of maintenance, sales, logistics, inventory, and people. **Responsibilities:** * Define strategies for unit consolidation and growth in accordance with Rede Máquinas guidelines; * Supervise commercial indicators and their relationship with results; * Monitor the unit's financial performance, focusing on revenue and receivables control; * Conduct visits to key customers to foster commercial relationships and identify new opportunities; * Track customer satisfaction levels and implement corrective actions when necessary; * Supervise operational indicators for maintenance and logistics departments; * Monitor team performance and productivity; * Analyze and control unit procurement in accordance with the established budget; * Request equipment and oversee inter-unit transfer processes; * Propose and implement improvements to branch internal processes; * Manage equipment inventory, ensuring control and organization; * Monitor market trends and report strategic information to the Executive Board; * Lead the unit team, promoting professional development, integration, and a healthy work environment.
