Lead projects technically and manage the development team 2. Develop robust, scalable, and secure systems 3. Define and evolve the software architecture of Grupo Hi's platforms 4. Ensure code quality through automated testing and best practices 5. Manage and optimize server infrastructure and cloud environments 6. Handle information security and data protection 7. Develop and maintain efficient and secure RESTful APIs 8. Conduct code reviews and promote a culture of technical excellence 9. Monitor production systems and respond to critical incidents 10. Align departmental performance, goals, and KPIs with management strategies **Daily Tasks:** 1. Develop robust, scalable, and secure systems * Implement features with focus on performance and scalability * Ensure code organization and standardization * Work with languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript or Ruby 2. Define and evolve software architecture * Design systems based on best practices (SOLID, Clean Architecture) * Define system integration standards * Evaluate and propose structural improvements 3. Lead projects technically and support team management * Guide junior and mid-level developers * Support the team’s technical decisions * Participate in defining technical priorities with leadership 4. Ensure code quality * Develop and maintain automated tests * Perform continuous refactoring * Ensure adequate test coverage 5. Manage server infrastructure * Configure and maintain cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) * Manage containers and orchestration (Docker) * Monitor availability and performance 6. Handle information security * Implement security practices in applications * Ensure protection against vulnerabilities (OWASP) * Manage authentication, authorization, and encryption 7. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs * Create high-performance and secure endpoints * Document APIs * Ensure versioning and scalability 8. Conduct code reviews * Assess code quality and standards * Share best practices with the team * Ensure technical consistency 9. Monitor production systems * Analyze logs and metrics * Resolve incidents promptly * Propose preventive improvements 10.
