We expanded from the Northeast to the Southeast, South, and Central-West regions, creating solutions tailored to diverse customer profiles — from tourists and ride-hailing drivers to family travelers and corporate fleets. \#OFocoéSomar **Main Responsibilities:** =========================== * Wear the standard store identification (badge and uniform) provided upon hiring; * Greet customers at the store to deliver service; * Follow correct system procedures for opening and closing contracts; * Offer add-on products according to customer needs. * Answer questions regarding the customer’s reservation; * Review lease contracts to identify data and verify compliance; * Open and close lease contracts using customer and reservation details to formally record service engagement. * Check inventory availability to provide vehicles as requested by the customer. * Verify the digital contract holder/driver’s signature and validate the upload of the driver’s license (CNH) document into the system. **Mandatory Requirements:** ---------------------------- * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service or sales; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to interact effectively with customers; * Basic knowledge of sales systems and Office suite. **Desirable Requirements (Preferred):** ---------------------------------------- * Prior experience in retail stores; * Basic or intermediate English proficiency; * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure; * Proactivity and focus on customer satisfaction. **Benefits:** --------------- * Market-competitive salary \+ variable bonus based on goal achievement; * Transportation allowance (with 6% deduction); * Meal/food allowance of BRL 24.10 per working day (with BRL 1.00 deduction) via Swile Flex; * Bradesco Health Plan (Ward or Private Room, fully employee-funded if opted); * BRL 200.00 bonus (via Swile) under the “Refer a Talent” program, awarded when the referred friend is hired; * SEST/SENAT partnership for free dental, physiotherapy, psychological, and nutritional care (subject to availability); * Totalpass (starting at BRL 39.90, if opted); * Dental plan (starting at BRL 13.79 if opted); * Birthday day off; * Corporate University (Unifoco); * Other benefits (depending on location). **Work Schedule:** ------------------------ * Rotating shift 6x1 \- 5:00 AM to 1:20 PM\.
