Your responsibilities (Key Activities) * Handle customer calls, answering questions and recording requests. * Provide quick and clear solutions, guiding customers step-by-step to resolve issues through digital channels such as e-mail, online chat, WhatsApp, voice, and other support channels. * Record all interactions in the company's systems, following established scripts, policies, and internal procedures. Mandatory Requirements * Be at least 18 years old. * Have completed high school (secondary education). * Be available to work onsite in João Pessoa. * Be available for part-time shifts on a rotating schedule of 6 days on / 1 day off or 5 days on / 2 days off, during morning, afternoon, or night shifts.
