Parque Verde, Cabedelo \- PB **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM **Academic Requirement**: Currently enrolled in a Technical or Undergraduate program in Business Administration or Human Resources (any semester) **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including basic Excel; * Customer service skills. **Responsibilities:** * Financial routines, including recording expenses and revenues in the system, bank reconciliation, support in collections and payment tracking, as well as organizing daily payments (e.g., fuel and operational expenses); * Administrative routines, such as organizing and managing contracts, issuing invoices (NFs), sending and tracking contracts with clients, organizing internal documents, and updating schedules and reports; * Customer relationship management, including after-sales support, contacting customers for feedback on services rendered, recording comments and customer satisfaction levels, and supporting related initiatives. **Stipend**: R$ 850.00 **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance, * Meal Allowance, * Possibility of permanent hiring.
