Job Summary: Manage operations, optimize the logistics chain, control costs, and lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring efficiency and innovation. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic management of multi-sector operations Manage operations for PayLav, HiPlim, and Facilities. Supervise and optimize the Group's entire logistics chain. Manage procurement processes and office and operational inventory control. Ensure operational efficiency and standardization across units. Lead multidisciplinary teams and develop leadership capabilities. Control operational costs and maximize profitability. Implement continuous improvements and process innovation. Monitor operational and financial performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure quality, compliance, and customer service levels. Support expansion, launch of new units, and new business initiatives.
