This is a senior-level position requiring extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the subject. * Plan and develop curricular content for Early Childhood Development training programs. * Conduct classes, workshops, and lectures using appropriate methods and techniques for knowledge transfer. * Develop teaching materials—including handouts, presentations, and practical activities—tailored to the specific needs of each training program. * Evaluate participant performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. * Guide and train other instructors and professionals in the field, sharing best practices and specialized knowledge. * Stay current with trends and developments in Early Childhood Development, continuously enhancing the training programs offered. * Participate in related events, conferences, and seminars, contributing to knowledge dissemination and professional networking. * Collaborate with the training department’s management by providing insights and suggestions for continuous process and outcome improvement. * Uphold the company’s image by representing it professionally and ethically in all job-related activities.
