Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for organizing and supervising third-party companies, working in the Manufacturing area, supervising and controlling the execution of activities and action plans, ensuring the quality of procedures and assembled products. Description: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Completed postgraduate studies (Desirable) Advanced knowledge of Industrial Assembly Advanced knowledge of Welding Procedures Basic knowledge of Heavy Load Lifting Procedures Basic knowledge of Industrial Painting * Organize and supervise third-party companies, ensuring compliance with company procedures; * Work in the Manufacturing area, supervising and controlling the execution of activities, action plans, and established processes; monitoring and controlling teams and activities related to kit, parts, components, devices, machine and equipment subassemblies, tools, and others; * Monitor the quality of procedures and assembled products; guide the team on procedures and tasks to be performed; ensure availability of work equipment and tools, as well as required personal protective equipment (PPE) for performing area-specific tasks, and carry out other related and inherent duties; * Measure completed services to monitor schedule progress against planned quality targets; * Analyze spare parts requisitions for industry, ensuring correct equipment installation and industrial assembly per project specifications; * Prepare construction progress spreadsheets and reports, tracking results to ensure project completion within scheduled timelines and expected quality; * Interpret engineering drawings; * Monitor physical and financial schedule progress; * Perform job duties in full compliance with the organization’s occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations, and consistently use all mandatory PPE during task execution; promptly report to immediate supervisor any activity posing health risks to oneself or fellow workers; * Carry out duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; * Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness; * Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility and immediately report any issues or damages detected to the immediate supervisor. 251117020246615137
