




**ACTIVITIES** Perform diagnosis, corrective and preventive maintenance on computers and laptops. Replacement and installation of hardware components (memory, HDD/SSD, screens, keyboards, cards, etc.). Formatting, configuration, and installation of Windows operating systems and corporate tools. On-site user support for IT incidents related to hardware and software. Registration and updating of service tickets in internal support systems. Functionality testing after repairs and issuance of technical reports when required. Conduct technical visits according to schedule or emergency demand. Ensure equipment integrity and compliance with safety regulations. **REQUIREMENTS** Proven experience as a Support Technician, IT Technician or similar role. Solid knowledge of computer and laptop hardware. Personal mobile phone. Own car for field work. Minimum Education Level: Technical Course Driver’s License: Category B Own Vehicle
