




### **Activities** Perform diagnosis, corrective and preventive maintenance on computers and laptops. Replacement and installation of hardware components (memory, HDD/SSD, screens, keyboards, cards, etc.). Formatting, configuration, and installation of Windows operating systems and corporate tools. On-site user support for IT incidents related to hardware and software. Logging and updating tickets in internal service systems. Functional testing after repairs and issuance of technical reports when necessary. Conduct technical visits according to schedule or emergency demand. Ensure equipment integrity and compliance with safety standards. ### **Requirements** Proven experience as a Support Technician, IT Technician, or similar role. Solid knowledge of computer and laptop hardware. Personal mobile phone.
