We are looking for a **Sugar Production Operator II** to join our Industrial team in **Caarapó \- MS.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Operate equipment such as lime hydrators, filter presses and rotary filters, pumps, heaters, heat exchangers, and clarifiers; * Experience performing maintenance on valves, welds, or boiler-related activities is a plus; * Ensure routine cleaning and sectoral organization; * Ensure sector safety protocols. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed high school education; * Availability to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts on a 5x1 schedule; * Commitment to safety. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application \- complete this form and any additional required information. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further explain day\-to\-day responsibilities and challenges.
