We have an opportunity for \#Supervisor of \#Production in \#Dourados/MS. This professional is responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and high-quality execution of daily production processes. Additionally, monitors machine performance and finished product quality, managing the operational team directly, controlling production entries, and maintaining an organized work environment compliant with safety regulations. \#Responsibilities: \- Monitor and report performance against management-established production targets and indicators. \- Analyze machine productivity, identify optimization opportunities, and suggest improvements. \- Monitor and analyze finished product quality, providing immediate feedback to operators on corrective actions and necessary machine adjustments. \- Ensure and verify that production entries are correctly performed by operators according to standard procedures. \- Encourage positive team behavior, proactivity, and collaboration toward achieving established goals and targets. \- Record incidents, various annotations, and relevant observations in the system, ensuring traceability and accuracy of information. \- Control and monitor production per machine to optimize equipment usage. \- Train and develop new operators on non-complex machines and standard operating procedures. \- Conduct Daily Safety Talks (DDS), reinforcing safe practices and accident prevention culture. \- Participate in ongoing performance evaluation and feedback with the team regarding incentive criteria. \- Comply with and enforce workplace safety rules, supervising subordinates' use of PPE as required for team safety. \- Supervise cleaning, organization, and maintenance of machines, equipment, and the entire production area.
