Job Summary: Perform control and monitoring activities for machines and equipment, operating computer systems to ensure productivity and resolve issues. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and communication to optimize processes Perform low-complexity tasks in the area of control and monitoring of machines, equipment, and instruments through the company’s Integrated Operational Center (IOC) computer system, preparing daily reports focused on increasing productivity and resolving equipment issues. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate computer systems monitoring the operation of machines under constant supervision, field equipment, and instruments, verifying equipment functionality to ensure productivity, quality, and safety; * Execute production process control within your assigned area; * Assist in production process control by dosing chemical inputs, operating equipment, pumps, and other process units; * Adjust equipment to the production process with assistance; perform maintenance on machines and equipment; * Operate industrial control systems via network-connected computers; * Operate equipment such as pumps, fermenters, heat exchangers, redlers, and other equipment comprising the area; * Assist in analyzing and preparing daily occurrence logs, equipment downtime records, production reports, and quality reports to identify deviations from production standards and implement corresponding corrective actions; * Interpret production orders, change programs, and adjust machine and process parameters; * Communicate information to other team members—both those on the same shift and others—verbally and in writing; * Substitute for the Full COI Operator during their absence; * Identify causes of equipment malfunction and arrange necessary repairs as quickly as possible; * Assess the condition of machines, equipment, components, and tools used in the production process; collect samples; * Read operational parameters and record data in established checklists, reports, and forms. * Monitor process quality, sanitation, and parameters; * Perform cleaning and maintenance of parts, tools, and equipment used, ensuring their availability to meet production requirements; * Carry out minor equipment repairs during scheduled shutdowns designated for this purpose; * Assist in corrective maintenance of industrial machines, motors, and equipment, supporting mechanics in assembly and disassembly tasks for machines and motors in general; * Perform cleaning and organization of work areas; * Carry out tasks of equivalent complexity level when requested by immediate supervisor; * Perform job-related activities while adhering strictly to all organizational occupational health, safety, and environmental rules, procedures, and protocols, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for performing duties in this position and department. Responsible for promptly reporting to the immediate supervisor any activity posing a risk to one’s own health or that of fellow workers; * Carry out activities in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals, and maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information; * Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work practices through workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness; * Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility and report any problems or damages detected to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Prior experience in this role is desirable. **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal allowance; Health insurance plan (Unimed); Dental plan; Transportation allowance; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Gympass; On-site meals.
