Conduct monitoring via CCTV systems, retrieve images and recordings through the system, and report irregularities to the immediate supervisor. 2\. Guide customers at gates and self-service kiosks. 3\. Search registrations of monthly pass holders and authorized personnel. 4\. Perform customer control and release procedures. 3\. Complete general control spreadsheets, cash box reconciliation, and financial reporting. 4\. Update databases of monthly pass holders and authorized personnel. 5\. Provide general user assistance.
