Maintain equipment availability and the production process Operate machines and instruments in the boiler-making sector and industry to repair and fabricate medium-complexity components, preventing stoppages in equipment, pipelines, conveyors, redlers, pumps, gearboxes, decanters, and tricanters, thereby ensuring equipment availability and continuity of the production process. **Responsibilities and Duties** Cut components made of carbon steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, and stainless steel for assembling equipment, pipelines, tanks, and other items to meet operational demands; Assemble tanks made of carbon steel and stainless steel according to pre-established specifications to supply various departments. Occasionally cut sheets and pipes following the shape and dimensions indicated on drawings, using cutting torches, shears, and other conventional equipment; drill holes using drills and bits to allow passage for rivets, pins, or bolts; Remove burrs from edges; install pipes, valves, fittings, and other mechanical accessories; Perform welding using shielded metal arc welding (SMAW); Operate machines in the boiler-making sector—including cutting torches, plate rolls, shears, drills, grinders, cut-off saws, and overhead cranes—to cut and assemble stainless steel and carbon steel materials into components and structures based on drawings, sketches, and field measurements; repair components—especially those in high-wear, corrosion-prone, and abrasive equipment—to meet departmental needs; Perform layout marking on components, pipelines, sheet metal parts, and others based on drawings or the sheet to be fabricated, using appropriate tools to ensure cutting and assembly within specified parameters; Ensure proper use of tools and instruments, preserving and storing them in designated locations; Carry out job-related tasks in full compliance with all organizational safety, health, and environmental work standards, as well as consistently wearing all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for performing job duties and departmental activities; promptly report to immediate supervisors any activity posing risks to one’s own health or that of coworkers; Perform duties in alignment with company values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information; Uphold the 5S program discipline to promote safe working conditions through workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness; Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility and immediately report any issues or damages detected to the immediate supervisor; Support maintenance and industrial process teams in activities necessary to ensure industrial equipment availability. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Relevant work experience. **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed); Dental insurance; Transportation allowance; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Gympass; On-site meals.
