




Job Summary: Professional responsible for handling internal customers' requests, dispatching and receiving warehouse materials, ensuring organization, inventory control, and product compliance. Optimization of logistical and operational processes Handle internal users'/customers' requests at the warehouse dispatch area, receiving requests, fulfilling them by delivering materials for direct application, and performing appropriate inventory write-offs. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle internal users'/customers' requests at the warehouse dispatch area, receiving requests, fulfilling them by delivering materials for direct application, and performing appropriate inventory write-offs; * Proficiency in the CS system and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Perform movement, loading, and unloading of internal or external warehouse materials and items; * Monitor service discrepancies and contribute to developing action plans; * Collaborate daily with other departments to gather data from internal customers and departments, handle requests, and ensure timely material delivery; * Conduct analyses of service discrepancies, identify and develop improvements, formulate action plans, and present performance indicators; * Prepare spreadsheets and reports for analyzing internal customer service levels, analyzing discrepancies and proposing solutions based on internal procedures; * Establish and monitor ideal inventory levels and fulfillment of customer needs, identifying existing gaps in inventory maintenance; * Support preparation of management information spreadsheets for decision-making; * Receive carriers/suppliers, arrange unloading of materials, and direct them to the warehouse inspection area; * Conduct damage inspections to determine responsibility and analyze cargo placement, verifying whether packaging and protective elements are intact, unbreached, undamaged, free from moisture, seals unbroken, and packages undented or deformed; * Inspect, identify, and code storable materials upon goods receipt and apply appropriate handling procedures for direct-application items; * Ensure materials comply quantitatively, qualitatively, and per required specifications; * Identify receipt discrepancies and apply appropriate corrective actions per internal standards and procedures; * Issue and archive documents related to return/exchange of non-conforming products received; * Analyze quantities of received/acquired materials and report any deviations from established specifications to the Supervisor; * Generate warehouse indicators (receipt and service) and update the visual management dashboard; * Enter goods receipt and dispatch transactions into the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system; * Perform material storage tasks, organizing items in designated locations, preserving and cleaning materials, ensuring identification labels are affixed, unitization complies with internal standards, and location data is updated in the ERP system; * Ensure stored materials comply with internal standards and procedures; * Guarantee integrity of information regarding goods receipt entries in the system; * Monitor/verify items with expiration dates, ensuring compliance with internal standards and norms; * Track item consumption to identify obsolete items and implement corrective actions jointly with Warehouse Managers per internal standards and norms; * Sort materials for supplier returns, as well as receive returns from internal customers and manage restocking procedures; * Receive inputs and verify conformity regarding quantity and quality, store them following approved procedures, and ensure effective fulfillment of internal demand; * Conduct physical inventory counts, identify discrepancies, implement necessary corrections and adjustments, and ensure inventory item compliance; * Comply with and support implementation of SSMA (Safety, Security, Medical, and Environmental) standards; * Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of internal and external facilities and equipment; * Generate and verify reports on material INBOUND AND OUTBOUND movements and highlight discrepancies; * Generate and verify reports on material INBOUND AND OUTBOUND movements and highlight discrepancies; * Correct ERP system entries for discrepancies identified in inbound and outbound goods inspection reports; * Request replenishment of materials identified during partial request fulfillment or zero-stock items; * Request, track, and print simple consignment invoices (for PPE repair and sanitation), distributing them to relevant parties; * Operate forklifts when necessary, supporting departmental demands while strictly adhering to pre-established safety procedures for safe transportation and storage, maintaining product and material integrity and preservation. (To operate this vehicle, the employee must hold a certified forklift operator training course); * Perform job duties in full compliance with organizational safety, health, and environmental work standards, as well as consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for job and department activities.
