Coordinate the CAF/WAREHOUSE team, filter information, and direct it toward appropriate solutions for each case related to pharmacotherapy; 2\. Present strategic planning for implementing improvement processes aimed at enhancing patient care quality; 3\. Inspect automated equipment and conduct rounds at satellite pharmacies and nursing stations; 4\. Conduct technical evaluations of pharmacy professionals, standardize and audit processes; 5\. Train multipliers to disseminate information and training to other staff members; 6\. Monitor inventory logistics and validate procurement planning with the Supply Department; 7\. Develop and propose improvement initiatives to enhance activities and projects; 8\. Coordinate and evaluate medication inventories at specified intervals; 9\. Coordinate chemical waste (Group B) sent for incineration in accordance with RDC 306 dated 12/07/2004; 10\. Be responsible for documentation required to regularize the pharmacy department; 11\. Coordinate routines for control, storage, and recordkeeping of controlled medications as per Ordinance 344/98 issued by sanitary surveillance; 12\. Research suspended and/or banned medications with ANVISA; 13\.
