Support in facility conservation and maintenance We are looking for a **Building Maintenance Technician** to provide 30-day vacation coverage, performing facility maintenance and conservation activities to ensure proper operation of structures and equipment. Responsibilities * Perform **preventive and corrective building maintenance** * Carry out repairs in **masonry, plumbing, and electrical systems** * Support general **facility conservation and maintenance services** * Maintain **workplace organization and tool upkeep** * Follow the company's **safety procedures** Requirements * Experience in **building maintenance** * Commitment, organization, and responsibility * Immediate availability is considered an advantage Job Details **Salary:** R$ 2\.170,00 **Hazard Pay:** 30% **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Benefits * **Meal Allowance** * **Transportation Allowance**, based on residence, if opted * **Job Type:** Temporary – CLT Payment: R$2\.170,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
