Career Opportunity: Forklift Mechanic Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PCD) **Your daily responsibilities will include:** * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and forklifts, both at the workshop premises and during external visits at customer facilities. * Conducting technical diagnosis of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic faults using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment. * Disassembling, repairing, and reassembling components; replacing parts; and performing necessary adjustments according to manufacturer specifications. * Completing service orders, technical reports, and service checklists, accurately recording hours worked, parts used, and detailed descriptions of services performed. * Performing commissioning and technical handover of new or refurbished equipment. * Providing technical support to customers, advising on proper equipment usage and preventive maintenance. * Ensuring appropriate use of tools, company vehicle (where applicable), and diagnostic equipment, while complying with occupational safety standards. **What we’re looking for:** * Technical knowledge of diesel mechanics, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems. * Familiarity with embedded electronics and ability to read technical schematics. * Ability to diagnose and resolve field issues. * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor when interacting with customers. * Organization and discipline in completing technical reports. * Proactivity and operational autonomy. * Willingness to travel and conduct external service calls. * Valid driver’s license (Category B or higher). **Here’s what we offer:** * CLT employment contract (formal labor registration) * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with possible weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Meal allowance (VA) or food voucher (VR): R$ 25.64 per working day — with R$ 1 deducted from payroll * Life insurance: So you can live with peace of mind, knowing we’re here to support you * Pharmacy Assistance: If your medicine shelf runs low, we’ve got your back — because no one should go without essential medication, right? * Wellhub (formerly Gympass): We understand health is fundamental, so we offer Gympass. *So, does this resonate with you?* Minimum Education Requirement: Technical Course * E-learning platform * Dental insurance plan * Health insurance plan * Meal voucher * Life insurance * Transportation voucher * Gympass * Food allowance * Pharmacy Assistance
