If you are also passionate about empowering lives, join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** The **GSA (General Services Assistant)** plays an essential role in ensuring smooth daily operations. In general, their **main duties** are: * **Cleaning and maintenance** of environments: classrooms, hallways, restrooms, courtyards, administrative offices, library, etc. * **Sanitization** of furniture, floors, windows, and materials, following health and safety standards. * **Organization of spaces**, maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming school environment for students and staff. * **Proper collection and disposal of waste**. * **Support in routine activities**, such as preparing rooms for events, meetings, or pedagogical activities. * **Care for school property**, reporting damages or maintenance needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Availability to comply with the schedule established by the school unit. * Good physical condition to perform the tasks. * Commitment, punctuality, and responsibility. **Skills and Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Discipline, ethics, and respect for the school environment. * Agility and care in task execution. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic knowledge of hygiene, cleaning, and workplace safety. **Additional Information** * **Workload:** 44 hours per week * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM (including lunch break), and Saturdays, 4 hours. * **Work Location:** Nota 10 School \- Dourados Campus (Rua Olinda Pires de Almeida, 1805, in the neighborhood Vila Sao Luiz, Dourados).
