BILLING ANALYST

Description

Enter all invoices into the integrated system; Issue loading orders for finished products; Issue customer invoices after loading and weighing of DDGs, oil, and alcohol; Issue monthly input weight difference invoices for corn and husk; Perform daily closing of billed products; Stay updated on changes in industry regulations; Keep all sales and loading processes filed; Monitor all weighing movements; Perform other related tasks. **Responsibilities and duties** Understand analysis of operations and contracts to correctly define the type of invoice to be issued (purchase and sale, exchange or barter, donation, leasing, loan (commodatum/mutuum), service provision, returns); Ensure timely return of shipping invoices under conditions compliant with current state legislation; Monitor legislation relevant to invoice issuance; Ensure that incoming and outgoing vehicle weighings, conducted via monitoring center devices and using management software, comply with traffic standards, norms, and internal procedures; Ensure issuance of sales and shipping invoices for alcohol, oil, and DDGs and by-products, according to shipment information from weighing reports (product, customer, quantities, and carrier) using the ERP; Execute daily production and shipment closing for alcohol, oil, DDGs, and by-products, entering data into the system; Monitor and propose action plans related to customer complaints involving shipping activities; Resolve issues and answer questions during shift operations, ensuring continuity and smooth workflow, contacting support areas (Sales, IT, and Tax) whenever necessary; Ensure compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental procedures during job performance, carrying out activities according to established procedures and work instructions; Identify opportunities and participate in continuous improvement teams, actively contributing to improvement analysis meetings aimed at enhancing safety, quality, and cost indicators; Perform loading order release, weighing, and loaded volume verification activities; Provide technical guidance and instruction on a daily basis to less experienced staff, as well as assist immediate supervisors in personnel management; Complete tax payment forms and government request forms; Carry out job responsibilities respecting all organizational safety, health, and environmental regulations and procedures, consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the role and department, and reporting any activity posing health risks to themselves or coworkers to their immediate supervisor; Perform duties in alignment with company values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals, while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information; Maintain discipline in the 5S program, promoting a safe workplace through organization, standardization, and cleanliness; Safeguard company property under their responsibility, reporting any problems or damages detected to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor's degree completed; Experience in the field is desirable. **Additional information** Benefits: Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed); Dental plan; Transportation voucher; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Gympass; On-site meals.
