Job Summary: Perform activities in the projects and architecture department, creating building models and standards, managing documentation, registering materials, and organizing managerial reports. Structuring of managerial reports on projects Perform activities in the projects and architecture department, developing new projects based on existing ones, establishing building project models and standards, managing documentation related to finishes, registering materials, and organizing documentation and managerial reports for the architecture construction team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Create architectural design standards notebooks, documenting specifications, finishes, and usage and maintenance guidelines to ensure standardization, quality, and proper preservation of buildings; * Collect and summarize information visually through moodboards and technical references, organizing concepts, materials, and guidelines to ensure recordkeeping, traceability, and alignment among projects, planning, procurement, construction, and maintenance; * Register architectural materials and finishes, aligning specifications with projects and procurement processes to ensure items arrive at the construction site in compliance with defined requirements; * Monitor and structure managerial reports on projects, measuring impacts and analyzing architectural department performance indicators in employees' daily work to support strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement; * Perform job duties in accordance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, using mandatory PPE and reporting risks to supervisors to protect employee well-being and ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements; * Carry out duties aligned with company values, policies, and guidelines, respecting internal processes and maintaining confidentiality of information to ensure ethics, governance, and focus on organizational goals; * Maintain discipline in the 5S program, preserving organization, cleanliness, and standardization in the workplace to promote safety, efficiency, and operational quality; * Safeguard company property and assets under one's responsibility, inspecting conditions and reporting damages to the immediate supervisor to preserve assets and prevent risks or losses. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning; * Postgraduate studies preferred; * Relevant experience in the field preferred. **Additional Information** **Benefits**: Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed); Dental insurance; Transportation allowance; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Wellhub; On-site meals.
