Development and provision of financial solutions **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Manage the portfolio of cooperative members to expand the cooperative's reach within its operational area; * Achieve established targets by offering products and services aligned with customer expectations; * Ensure promotion of offered products and services; * Comply with requirements set forth by regulatory and supervisory bodies, as well as institutional policies; * Engage in credit recovery for members, including digital customer service; * Administer overdue collections to minimize the cooperative's delinquency rate; * Provide necessary data for analysis and decision-making; * Ensure all approved operations undergo analyses consistent with established policies and regulations, supported by guarantees appropriate to the business conducted. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; ANBIMA CPA or C\-Pro R certification (C\-Pro R preferred); C\-Pro I certification will be considered an advantage; Specialization in Commercial, Business, Products, Services, or related areas will be considered an advantage. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Childcare allowance, Gympass, Profit-sharing (based on achieved targets), Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher
