We are seeking a **Packaging Operator** to join our **EAB** team in **Caarapó \- MS.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL WORKDAY:** * Keep the bagging area and packaging rooms clean and organized; * Fill big bags with sugar; * Move empty packaging materials for use in bagging; * Complete entries on forms and operational controls; * Apply seals to big bags and record consumed seals; * Maintain control of available seals in the sector; * Monitor sugar transportation processes for bagging; * Participate in customer audits and certification processes; * Commitment to safety rules and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Elementary school education; * Availability to work morning, afternoon, or night shifts, and on a 5x1 rotating schedule; * Commitment to Safety. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and additional data, if required. * HR Interview \- an informal chat to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
