




Job Summary: Responsible for transporting vehicles and parts between Group Enzo dealerships and manufacturers, ensuring safety and satisfaction of internal/external customers. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for transporting vehicles and parts between Group Enzo dealerships and/or manufacturers, aiming to ensure transportation safety and satisfaction of internal and/or external customers while meeting established deadlines. * Load, transport, and deliver vehicles, parts, and accessories to internal and external customers of Group Enzo dealerships using assigned service vehicles, ensuring item integrity and adherence to agreed deadlines. * Ensure accurate delivery of requested items, guaranteeing customer satisfaction by verifying transported materials, inspecting for possible damage, and identifying discrepancies between requested and prepared items. * Maintain and organize the delivery vehicle by requesting periodic and preventive maintenance, as well as observing traffic regulations and safe driving procedures. * Contribute to customer satisfaction by immediately reporting any incidents related to part and/or vehicle deliveries, facilitating prompt resolution and maintaining positive relationships. * Support departmental requirements by performing related and inherent tasks as needed or per instructions from the immediate supervisor. * Ensure individual and collective workplace safety by complying with safety rules and procedures, properly using personal and collective protective equipment, and promptly reporting identified risks to the immediate supervisor. * Participate in training programs offered by the manufacturer and/or Group Enzo by registering, monitoring announcements, and implementing proposed actions according to pre\-established guidelines.
