Ready to join this team? \#VemSerAssaí **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in preparing meats, poultry, and fish for cooking — cutting, cleaning, weighing, portioning according to requested servings, and storing; * Assist in meal preparation — washing, peeling, selecting, chopping, or grinding ingredients; * Assist in preparing simple dishes under supervision, as needed; * Handle loading and unloading of non-perishable food items and restaurant supplies; * Ensure individual and collective safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment during task execution; * Dispose of waste materials generated at the workplace; * Sort foods according to the day’s menu, verifying appearance, quality, and expiration dates; * Wash and cut foods as instructed; * Support food cooking processes; * Wash kitchen utensils, maintaining workspace organization and cleanliness; * Continuously restock food items in the cafeteria. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum educational requirement:** completed high school. **Age range:** minimum 18 years old. **Experience:** in this role (verified or unverified).
