Job Summary: Responsible for preparing descriptive memoranda, conducting service quotations and contracting, monitoring contractual drafts and measurement reports in the administrative area of civil and metal-mechanical construction projects. Monitoring of measurement reports and contractual drafts Responsible for preparing descriptive memoranda, conducting service quotations and contracting, monitoring the preparation of contractual drafts and the measurement process. Responsible for generating periodic reports and performing related duties, ensuring compliance with procedures and delivery quality, operating within the administrative area of civil and metal\-mechanical construction departments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and control the recording of measurements for services performed by contracted suppliers, assisting in resolving queries and ensuring correct completion; * Assist service providers in using the company's websites and portals, guiding them on contract approval and signing, as well as invoice and bill submission; * Ensure preparation of Technical Terms of Reference for service and contractor procurement, guaranteeing clarity and appropriateness of technical specifications. * Perform job-related activities in full compliance with the organization’s occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the role and department. * Carry out activities in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information. * Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for workplace safety through organization, standardization, and cleanliness of the work environment. * Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility and promptly report any issues or damages detected to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in contract management is desirable; * Experience with CS System is desirable. **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed); Dental insurance; Transportation allowance; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Gympass; On-site meals.
