Focus on quality and compliance with procedures Responsible for preparing descriptive memoranda, conducting quotations and service procurements, supporting the drafting of contract drafts and measurement processes. Responsible for generating periodic reports and performing related duties, ensuring adherence to procedures and delivery quality, within the administrative area of civil and metal\-mechanical construction projects. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and control the recording of service measurements performed by contracted suppliers, assisting in resolving queries and ensuring correct completion; * Assist service providers in using the company’s websites and portals, guiding them on contract approval and signing, as well as invoice and bill submission; * Ensure preparation of Technical Terms of Reference for service and contractor procurement, guaranteeing clarity and suitability of technical specifications. * Perform job-related tasks in full compliance with the organization’s occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the position and department. * Carry out activities in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information. * Maintain discipline under the 5S program, aiming for safe work through workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness. * Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility and promptly report any issues or damages detected to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Prior experience in contract management is desirable; * Prior experience with CS System is desirable. **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed); Dental insurance; Transportation allowance; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Gympass; On-site meals.
