We are seeking a **Senior Welder** to join our Extraction team in **Caarapó \- MS**. **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Perform welding tasks on pipelines, components, and industrial equipment using electric welding converters and oxy\-acetylene equipment, executing welds of types (MIG, TIG, and coated electrode), including cladding of mill sleeves and other welding services. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed elementary education; * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field; * Knowledge of welding and plastering; * Availability to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts on a 5x1 rotating schedule; * Commitment to safety. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional required information. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview \- a more technical discussion about daily responsibilities and challenges.
