




Job Summary: The Field Technical Development Assistant will be responsible for producing healthy sugarcane seedlings, setting up experiments, collecting samples, and applying ripeners, with an emphasis on safety and collaboration. We are seeking a **Field Technical Development Assistant** to join the **EAB** team in **[LOCATION].** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL INCLUDE:** Producing healthy sugarcane seedlings by eliminating pests and diseases; Setting up various experiments on varieties, fertilization, and soil correction; Performing thermal treatment, planting seedlings, and irrigation; Collecting sugarcane, soil, fertilizer, and soil amendment samples; Conducting assessments of stem borer infestation; Applying ripeners and performing other tasks as required and per supervisory guidance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** Elementary education; Experience in agriculture—considered a plus; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; Commitment to safety. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application—completion of this form and any additional required information. * HR Interview—a conversational meeting to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview—a more technical discussion about daily responsibilities and challenges.
