Job Summary: The Tire Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on tires, rims, and inner tubes; managing tire service life; and carrying out wheel alignment and balancing services. We are looking for a **Tire Technician** to join our **Automotive Maintenance** team in **Caarapó - MS.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper upkeep of components and tools used; * Perform repair and maintenance tasks on tires, rims, and inner tubes; * Monitor tire service life and ensure correct usage of tires and their components; * Carry out wheel alignment and balancing services; * Perform tire mounting and demounting services. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Preferred: Elementary Education – Completed Grades 1–4; * Minimum experience – 6 months; * Availability to work rotating shifts and on a 5X1 schedule; * Must reside in Caarapó or Dourados - MS. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional ones may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application – completion of this form and any additional data, if required; * HR Interview – an informal conversation to get to know each other; * Leadership Interview – a more technical discussion about daily responsibilities and challenges.
