Re-engagement of existing clients to promote their return to the clinic • Greet clients prior to their dental evaluation, providing friendly and welcoming service; • Conduct patient interviews via system to profile customers and understand their needs; • Prepare customized quotations following dental evaluations; • Manage the sales process with emphasis on contract closing; • Receive, qualify, and handle leads from various channels; • Convert leads into appointments and sales; • Re-engage existing clients to encourage their return to the clinic; • Formalize sales by preparing and issuing contracts; • Collect client signatures on contracts, ensuring formal acceptance of the proposal.
