Technical support to the mechanic team and alignment with the factory **Job Summary:** The Motorcycle Technical Consultant is responsible for providing technical assistance to Bajaj brand customers, offering specialized support, clarifying questions regarding operation, maintenance, and repairs, and ensuring excellence in the after\-sales experience. Acts as the liaison between the customer and the workshop, ensuring proper service execution, customer satisfaction, and compliance with the manufacturer's quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive and assist customers technically and courteously, identifying maintenance or repair needs for Bajaj motorcycles; * Perform preliminary technical diagnosis and advise customers on required services, timelines, and costs; * Prepare and monitor service orders, ensuring accurate information recording and budget approval; * Monitor service execution at the workshop, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines; * Track all service orders (SOs) and customer warranty processes; * Contact customers during maintenance and upon vehicle delivery, explaining performed services; * Provide technical support to the mechanic team, contributing to resolution of complex failures and alignment with factory guidelines; * Ensure compliance with Bajaj standards for customer service, after\-sales, and customer relations; * Contribute to satisfaction, loyalty, and departmental performance indicators. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical course in motorcycle mechanics or related fields preferred); * Prior experience at motorcycle dealerships, preferably with premium or high-performance brands; * Knowledge of motorcycle diagnosis and maintenance; * Strong communication skills, consultative mindset, and results orientation; * Familiarity with Bajaj brand systems and electronic diagnostic tools is desirable. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Customer service and empathy; * Organization and attention to detail; * Technical ability and logical reasoning; * Teamwork and proactivity; * Commitment to quality standards. **Compensation and Benefits:** Guaranteed Minimum: R$ 3\.000,00 Meal Allowance: R$ 25,50 Transportation Allowance Life Insurance SESC Agreement Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Position Salary Range: R$2\.500,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life Insurance * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance
