




Job Summary: Lead and manage a sales team, set goals, monitor performance indicators, and handle complex negotiations, ensuring team development and compliance with regulations. Training and continuous development of the team Responsibilities and Duties: * Lead and manage the sales team, monitoring individual and collective performance. * Conduct daily alignment meetings to define goals (daily, weekly, and monthly). * Monitor performance indicators (conversion rate, average transaction value, productivity, and quality). * Deliver training sessions, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct refresher courses to foster team development. * Directly handle complex negotiations and discussions with strategic clients. * Define and implement corrective and preventive action plans based on results analysis. * Ensure strict compliance with regulations, internal policies, and operational compliance. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. * Proven experience in managing sales teams (experience in financial or retail sectors is an advantage). * Strong skills in conducting meetings and analyzing performance indicators. * Intermediate proficiency in computer applications (Excel for reporting and management systems). * Analytical, proactive profile with excellent conflict resolution skills. * **Must reside in Dourados.** Compensation and Additional Benefits: * **Base Salary:** R$ 2.026,00 (CLT employment regime). * **Variable Compensation:** Commissions, bonuses, and performance-based incentives.
