Job Summary: Responsible for full fleet control, ensuring operational efficiency, generating accurate reports and graphical analyses for the department. Key Highlights: 1. Perform comprehensive fleet control covering fuel, workshop management, tires, lubricants, and materials, reconciling data between direct-operation systems and consolidation software, ensuring operational continuity of related processes and physical and administrative control, generating accurate, clear, formal reports as well as graphical analyses of consumption, averages, measurements, production, and other department-related data. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control fuel intake, outflow, inventory, and average consumption across all company refueling points; * Responsible for issuing fuel purchase requisitions in accordance with company policies, ensuring prompt supply to the entire fleet; * Perform registration and system configuration in the primary fuel recording system, carrying out minor maintenance on pump panels and identifying issues in the overall fuel supply system, initiating appropriate technical support requests; * Perform administrative receipt and technical registration of all agricultural equipment and implements in the PIMS system, as well as arranging visual identification (labeling or painting), maintaining an updated and detailed fleet register; * Collect data from mobile refueling points using data collectors; * Analyze and monitor area KPIs, proposing and implementing, together with supervisors, actions to improve and correct processes; * Determine, based on historical consumption data per equipment model, average consumption per operation, applying them—after analysis—to standard consumption KPIs; * Enter and update fleet maintenance and lubrication plans, validating them with the Maintenance Manager; * Monitor, measure, and validate fuel balances in the system (accounting balance) against physical tank inventories, generating comparative reports for supervision and management; * Daily verification of fleet refueling activities, validating hour meters/odometers, fuel types, operations, quantities, and refueling points to identify inconsistencies, fraud, deviations, and operational errors; * Participate in meetings involving the department, informing supervision and management about process progress and internal departmental demands (internal customers); * Carry out job responsibilities while strictly adhering to all organizational safety, health, and environmental work standards, and consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the position and department; responsible for immediately reporting to the immediate supervisor any activity posing risk to personal or colleagues’ health and safety; * Perform duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; * Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness; * Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility, promptly reporting any problems or damages detected to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Automotive PCM experience preferred. **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed); Dental plan; Transportation allowance; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Gympass; On-site meals.
