In addition, they verify invoices, maintain warehouse organization, and supervise the warehouse staff. * Coordinate warehouse activities, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to established deadlines. * Perform inventory control, monitoring material inflow and outflow, and maintaining updated records. * Receive and inspect materials, comparing invoices with purchase orders to identify potential discrepancies. * Organize the warehouse by designating appropriate storage locations for materials to facilitate movement and item identification. * Supervise the warehouse staff, guiding them on procedures and ensuring proper execution of tasks. * Conduct periodic inventories, counting and verifying stock items to identify possible discrepancies and propose adjustments. * Maintain contact with suppliers, requesting quotations, negotiating delivery schedules and payment terms to ensure continuous material supply. * Prepare managerial reports presenting warehouse performance indicators, proposing process improvements and optimizations. * Ensure workplace safety by enforcing safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment.
