Technical leadership in equipment improvement projects Work in the field of industrial automation, focusing on artificial intelligence to drive improvements in the area, launch new projects, and optimize processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze and develop augmented reality technology; * Develop logic and tools for process simulation; * Integrate optimizations with IoT (Internet of Things) into the automation system; * Study and implement advancements in cloud computing technologies directed toward automation; * Apply big data techniques to process and analyze large volumes of industrial data to obtain insights aimed at optimizing processes and supporting sound decision-making (BigData); * Evaluate processes where new automation technologies can be implemented to improve and optimize processes and products; * Develop and implement AI-based and complex data analysis solutions aimed at optimizing automated processes to enhance industrial efficiency and performance; * Develop and compare mathematical model outputs in our controllers against real-world data to ensure the model accurately represents the relevant system—thereby preventing Warnings, Minor Faults, or Major Faults in our controllers—as requested; * Support preventive and corrective maintenance planning and management for equipment and machinery; * Possess in-depth knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics and related technologies pertinent to the business, guiding other team members accordingly; * Provide support, as appropriate, to procurement, process, quality, production, and tooling departments; also support, as appropriate, the creation and implementation of new projects and layout definition; * Ensure compliance with applicable Regulatory Standards; * Collaborate in managing and reducing costs related to water, electricity, and other process consumptions; * Provide technical leadership in developing and executing equipment improvement projects—aimed at enhancing and adapting existing equipment to meet quality, productivity, and occupational safety standards—to guarantee process and product integrity; * Stay updated and conduct research on topics relevant to industrial automation, with the goal of implementing new technological concepts and products; * Develop industrial automation projects, gather technical and functional requirements, and oversee installation, construction, and modification of machines, equipment, and production devices; * Perform programming, implementation, and correction of control logic and supervisory systems; * Monitor configuration and testing of equipment; * Optimize performance, productivity, cost reduction, and execution/development of automation projects; * Carry out job-related activities while fully adhering to all organizational safety, health, and environmental regulations and procedures, and consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE); promptly report to immediate supervisors any activity posing risks to one’s own health or that of colleagues; * Perform duties in alignment with company values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes—always prioritizing organizational goals—and maintain confidentiality and protect company information; * Maintain discipline under the 5S program, aiming for safe work through organization, standardization, and cleanliness of the workplace; * Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility and promptly inform the immediate supervisor of any problems or damages detected. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Postgraduate degree preferred; Relevant experience preferred; * **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed); Dental insurance; Transportation allowance; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Wellhub; On-site meals; Edupass; Orienteme.
