### **HR Analyst – Dourados/MS** Strategic opening for an HR professional focused on Business Partnering (BP) within a dynamic industrial environment. ### **Your Mission (Key Responsibilities)** * Act as a **strategic partner** to leadership in people management. * Lead **high-volume recruitment and selection**. * Develop strategies for **talent attraction, retention, and growth**. * Support **performance management and organizational climate initiatives**. * Occasional support for **HR administration tasks (timekeeping closure and benefits administration)**. ### **✅ Essential Requirements** * Proven experience as an **HR Analyst (minimum Mid-level)**. * Experience working in **industrial environments or settings with high turnover**. * Focus on **organizational development** and retention programs. * Knowledge of **HR administration processes and labor legislation**. * Analytical, strategic mindset with readiness for travel. * Completed Bachelor’s degree in a related field. ### **We Offer** * **Base Salary (Mid-level Analyst):** Starting at **BRL 4,700.00**. * **Growth Potential:** Salary may reach **BRL 4,812.00** (for Mid-level Analyst) and up to **BRL 5,404.00** (for Senior Analyst). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from **8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM**. * **Employment Type:** CLT | Full-time. * **Location:** Dourados/MS.
