If you want to grow in a dynamic, innovative, and opportunity-rich environment, join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Participate in the development and implementation of occupational health and safety (OHS) policies; Conduct audits, monitoring, and evaluations in the field; identify variables affecting disease control, accident prevention, quality of life, and environmental protection; Develop educational initiatives in occupational health and safety; Participate in expert assessments and inspections, and engage in negotiation processes; Participate in the adoption of technologies and work processes; Manage OHS documentation; investigate and analyze accidents and recommend preventive and control measures; Act in accordance with the Environmental Management System Policy; Ensure compliance with objectives and targets of the Integrated Management System applicable to the area; Perform tasks as defined in operational controls; Suggest improvements to departmental activities; Alert supervisors/responsible parties upon identifying non-conformities; Work in accordance with the Integrated Management System and Occupational Safety standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** Job Requirements * Education: Completed high school. * Technical Training: Occupational Nursing Technician (completed or currently enrolled). * Documentation: * Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH). * Knowledge: * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). * Residence: Must reside in Três Lagoas, MS. * Availability: Availability to work varied shifts, including rotating schedules. **Additional Information** Benefits * Health/Dental Plan: Hapvida * TOTAL PASS * Includes free access to professionals such as nutritionists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and dentists through SETS SENAT.
