




Perform low-complexity activities in the area of control and monitoring of machines, equipment, and instruments through the company's Integrated Operational Center computer system, producing daily reports focused on increasing productivity and resolving equipment issues. **Responsibilities and duties** * Operate a computer system that monitors the operation of machines under constant supervision, equipment, and field instruments, checking equipment functionality to ensure productivity, quality, and safety; * Execute production process control within your sector; * Assist in controlling the production process by dosing chemical inputs, operating equipment, pumps, and other process units; * Adjust, with assistance, equipment to the production process; perform maintenance on machines and equipment; * Operate the industrial control system via network-connected computers; * Operate equipment such as: pumps, fermenters, heat exchangers, redler, and other equipment comprising the sector; * Assist in analyzing and preparing occurrence logs, equipment downtime, production, and quality reports, aiming to identify deviations from standards in the production process and implement necessary corrections; * Interpret production orders, change programs, and adjust machine and process parameters; * Transmit information to other team members, both within the same shift and others, in written and verbal form; * Substitute for the Full COI Operator during their absence; * Identify causes of equipment malfunction and arrange necessary repairs as quickly as possible; * Evaluate the condition of machines, equipment, parts, and tools used in the production process; collect samples; * Read parameters and fill in data on checklists, reports, and established forms; * Monitor process quality, sanitation, and parameters; * Perform cleaning and maintenance of parts, tools, and equipment used, ensuring their availability to meet production needs; * Carry out minor repairs on equipment during scheduled downtimes for this purpose; * Assist in corrective maintenance of machines, motors, and industrial equipment, supporting mechanics in assembly and disassembly tasks of machines and motors in general; * Perform cleaning and organization of work areas; * Carry out tasks of similar complexity level when requested by immediate supervisor; * Perform job activities respecting all safety, health, and environmental regulations and procedures established by the organization, as well as consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for job and sector activities.
