Job Summary: The Plant Attendant supports unit activities, focusing on heating and CAP control, with training to become a Boiler Operator. Key Highlights: 1. Internal training and gradual development for Boiler Operator 2. Support in heating and CAP control operations 3. Assistance in basic preventive maintenance The Plant Attendant is responsible for supporting unit activities, especially processes related to heating and CAP (Petroleum Asphalt Cement) control. The role starts as an attendant, with internal training and gradual development toward becoming a Boiler Operator, based on performance and technical competence. What will you do daily? * Assist in CAP heating system operation under supervisor's guidance * Monitor and record CAP temperature control * Support tank cleaning and operational area organization * Assist in basic preventive equipment maintenance * Report any abnormal temperature variations or system malfunctions to the supervisor * Maintain workplace organization and equipment preservation What do we expect from you? * Good organizational skills and sense of responsibility * Availability for internal unit training * Residency in the unit's city (permanent position) * Prior experience as an Attendant in construction sites or plants is a plus
