Specializing in big data analytics, we serve major players in the automotive industry—including banks, financial institutions, leasing companies, and insurance providers. **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are seeking a **Product Owner** to lead the evolution of one of our core products during a hyper-growth journey. You will serve as the strategic and technical reference in defining the roadmap, ensuring balance among stability, scalability, and continuous high-value deliveries. You will directly collaborate with senior stakeholders, engineering teams, and business units to prioritize initiatives, mitigate risks, and drive the company’s long-term vision. **DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Strategically prioritize and manage the backlog, aligning expectations between internal teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity on impact, value, and objectives for each delivery. * Lead the full launch cycle of new features (Go-to-Market), coordinating functional validation, internal training, and customer communications to ensure adoption and performance from day one. * Facilitate agile ceremonies (Planning, Refinement, Review, and Retrospective), translating business needs into well-structured User Stories and detailed acceptance criteria in collaboration with engineering and supported by AI tools. * Conduct discovery processes, validating hypotheses using techniques such as rapid prototyping, data analysis, user interviews, and controlled experiments (A/B testing). * Monitor product performance metrics (LTV, churn, NPS, operational efficiency), identifying opportunities for improvement and grounding prioritization decisions in data. * Assess and discuss technical feasibility with developers and architects, including analysis of technical debt, integrations, APIs, and microservices-based architectures. * Negotiate priorities under pressure and with limited resources, always focusing on ROI, delivered value, and strategic alignment. * Ensure clear product documentation, leveraging generative AI to optimize writing of stories, requirements, and technical materials. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for digital products. * Hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle: discovery, launch, scaling, and maturity. * Prior experience with B2B SaaS products. * Strong negotiation skills with senior stakeholders (Directors, C-Level executives, or external partners). * Proficiency in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean). * Practical experience with prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, WSJF, or Kano). * Ability to define KPIs and analyze product metrics (Churn, LTV, CAC, NPS, Retention, etc.). * Proficiency in backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or Craft). * Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Metabase, Looker, or Tableau). * Familiarity with prototyping tools (Figma or Adobe XD). * Understanding of REST APIs, integrations, reading technical documentation (Swagger/Postman), and concepts of microservices and cloud computing. * Experience writing acceptance criteria, conducting functional QA, and general testing concepts. * Advanced use of generative AI tools for documentation and requirement structuring. * Experience with automation and low-code/no-code tools (Bolt.new, v0.dev, Cursor, or similar). * Knowledge of experimentation processes (A/B testing, smoke tests, feature flags). **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience with high-volume data products or Big Data environments. * Prior technical background (Engineering, QA, Systems Analysis) is considered a plus. **OUR BENEFITS:** * Meal/Voucher Allowance * Mobility Allowance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Birthday Day Off Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare allowance * Meal voucher Selection Question(s): * What is your expected salary (CLT)? * Are you available to work in a hybrid model, three times per week?
