Job Summary:
Process and assist vehicles at toll lanes, operating both manual and electronic toll collection systems, while handling incidents and supporting plaza control.

**Description:**
Process and assist vehicles at manual, automatic, self-service, and auxiliary lanes, as well as exceptional cargo vehicles and vehicles with no payment method.
Equip oneself with necessary resources provided at toll plazas for manual toll fee collection at the start of each shift.
Identify, classify, and collect toll fees according to vehicle classes and payment methods (cash, credit/debit cards, checks, toll vouchers, and other implemented methods).
Issue receipts corresponding to collected toll amounts, distribute brochures as per the distribution schedule sent to each plaza, and participate in coin collection.
Complete the toll incident report and inform the immediate supervisor of incidents occurring in one’s booth, as well as record and log vehicle violations in the Revenue Collection System.
Conduct user surveys as scheduled and on topics defined by the company.
Sell coupons in toll payment waiting queues (e.g., queue management, mobile collection).
In case of accidents or vehicle breakdowns, signal the location and notify the toll plaza control center.
Assist in coin counting, operate toll plaza control, handle change procurement and sales at the beginning and end of shifts, and prepare necessary resources for revenue collection in subsequent shifts.
Represent the Leader under the Development Program.
Promote electronic toll collection through participation in related initiatives and recommending TAGs from partner operators.
Perform activities in accordance with Motiva’s Golden Rules to prevent unsafe behaviors and support comprehensive prevention and monitoring of work routines.
Contribute to proper waste management at one’s workplace, based on awareness of environmental aspects and impacts associated with one’s activities and in compliance with unit-established standards.
