Job Summary: Work in the training area, identifying needs, developing programs, providing resources, and evaluating outcomes to enhance team capacity building and development. Key Highlights: 1. Manage training budgets and evaluate training outcomes Work in the area by identifying training needs for technical team capacity building and individual and collective performance improvement; identifying and selecting optimal opportunities such as courses, seminars, conferences, and other events; providing necessary resources for training delivery; identifying training needs in conjunction with evolving departments, evaluating implementation, and ensuring compliance. Prepare internal training manuals and materials, promote courses and seminars, and perform other related and inherent duties. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct onboarding for new employees, introducing company benefits and culture to support their integration and adaptation; * Develop mandatory training programs and procedures to enhance operational efficiency, employee motivation, and team development; * Support and train other team members, acting as a development agent to standardize processes; * Technically lead the identification of training needs and implement actions to ensure effective employee training, continuously improving team technical capacity and individual and collective performance; * Ensure identification and selection of optimal external training opportunities—including courses, seminars, conferences, and other market-offered events—by gathering information and analyzing content to enable training through qualified schools and institutions; * Provide necessary operational and support resources for training events, including training materials, projectors, audio-visual equipment, printed handouts, distribution materials, attendance certificates, etc., to contribute to event effectiveness; * Administer training budgets allocated to departments, approving expenditures only for planned activities, calculating required investment for training program implementation, and monitoring expenses to ensure effective control of personnel development funds; * Monitor and evaluate training program outcomes through issuance, tracking, and analysis of course utilization reports, including reaction and efficacy assessments; * Track attendance across training sessions and manage attendance indicators, addressing deviations as needed; * Collect training follow-up data and report weekly to management; * Provide KPIs for monthly reporting on training metrics and costs; * Support the communications department during events, as well as in planning, executing, and promoting quality-of-life initiatives and employee assistance programs; * Perform job responsibilities while fully complying with all organizational occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations, and consistently using all required personal protective equipment (PPE); promptly reporting any activity posing risks to personal or colleagues' health and safety to immediate supervisors; * Carry out duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; * Maintain discipline in the 5S program to ensure workplace safety through organization, standardization, and cleanliness; * Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility and promptly inform the immediate supervisor of any issues or damages detected. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Professional experience preferred. **Additional Information** **Benefits**: Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed); Dental insurance; Transportation allowance; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Wellhub; On-site meals.
