Job Summary: Lead and plan electrical engineering projects, developing technical drawings, training the team, and aiming for agility and goal achievement. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the execution of electrical engineering projects and construction works. 2. Train and develop the team to optimize work performance. 3. Design and approve low- and medium-voltage electrical projects. Plan and monitor electrical engineering projects, developing technical drawings and guiding the team during construction execution. Lead the team of engineers and technicians with a focus on optimal project execution. Act as a developer for other team members, pursue process agility and goal achievement. Serve as a developer for other area collaborators by providing support and training, aiming for process standardization and delivery quality. **Responsibilities and Duties** Lead the execution of electrical construction works; Design, implement, and guide electrical engineering projects in power generation, transmission, and distribution; Develop specifications, drawings, and other requirements to enable construction, assembly, operation, and maintenance in accordance with appropriate technical standards; Design and approve low- and medium-voltage electrical projects, cable sizing, routing layouts, single-line diagrams, motor list preparation, and flowchart analysis; Guide less-experienced staff during project execution to support personal development and work optimization; Perform technical approval of budgets; Prepare material lists based on the project, verifying requirements and forwarding them to the procurement department; Carry out job responsibilities in compliance with all organizational safety, health, and environmental work standards and procedures, and consistently use all mandatory PPE required for the position and department. Responsible for promptly reporting to the immediate supervisor any activity posing a risk to one's own health or that of fellow workers; Perform duties in alignment with company values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through organization, standardization, and cleanliness of the workplace; Safeguard company property under one's responsibility and promptly report any problems or damages detected to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree; Postgraduate degree; Relevant work experience. **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed); Dental insurance; Transportation allowance; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Gympass; On-site meals.
