**Requirements** * High school diploma; * Experience in team management; * Technical course or qualification in construction materials or highway works will be a differentiator; * Previous experience in laboratory testing and technological control of highway construction (soil, aggregates, asphalt, concrete, among others); * Knowledge of technical standards (DNIT, ABNT, etc.); * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. **Responsibilities** * Perform technological control tests on materials used in construction projects (soil, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, etc.), according to technical specifications; * Prepare samples and conduct material collection in the field; * Record and monitor laboratory and field test results; * Issue technical reports and compliance certificates; * Assist in interpreting technical standards applicable to testing; * Manage calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment; * Comply with quality management system procedures and guidelines; * Collaborate with engineering and inspection teams, identifying potential non-conformities in materials or construction methods.
