Senior Process Analyst

Description

**Responsibilities** * Collect, organize and consolidate data from different sources in a structured manner, ensuring the quality, consistency and reliability of information. * Develop reports, dashboards and performance indicators for managerial monitoring and decision-making. * Identify opportunities for improvement in production and administrative processes, proposing data-driven solutions. * Map and analyze processes, identifying bottlenecks, waste and critical points for optimization. * Conduct time and motion studies, layout analysis, physical arrangement and material flow analysis. * Develop process flows, work instructions and process manuals, ensuring standardization of routines. * Monitor performance indicators such as productivity, losses, operational efficiency and OEE. * Support the implementation of new equipment, technologies and digitalization initiatives. * Conduct root cause analyses and develop corrective and preventive action plans. * Participate in continuous improvement projects, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and process automation. * Ensure process compliance with safety, hygiene, quality and environmental standards. * Provide technical and analytical support to leadership and partner departments, contributing to more informed decisions. **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:18 PM **Requirements:** · Completed undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry or related fields. · Postgraduate degree or MBA is an advantage. · Experience with statistical analysis tools, time and motion studies, process simulation and project management. · Knowledge of BI, Lean, Kaizen or continuous improvement tools. · Experience in manufacturing environments. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
