JUNIOR PROCESS ANALYST

Description

Manage chemical control, dosages, consumption, prepare expiration control spreadsheets, monitor chemical receipt with validated supporting documents, actively participate in internal and external audits, track chemical product costs, and pursue continuous improvements in chemical product control. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor physical and accounting inventories of chemical products, ensuring record accuracy and appropriate availability; * Assist in organizing areas designated for chemical preparation and dosing, promoting cleanliness and process standardization; * Assist in the proper organization and disposal of contaminated packaging, in compliance with environmental and safety regulations; * Immediately report accidents or incidents involving chemical spills or improper environmental disposal; * Prepare control spreadsheets for recording and tracking data related to chemical product usage; * Monitor daily consumption of all chemicals used in the industry, identifying deviations and supporting corrective actions; * Ensure continuous supply of chemical products at points of use, preventing production process interruptions; * Assist in preparing reports and indicators related to industrial production and chemical product usage; * Track chemical product requisitions during administrative hours, preventing the need for off-hours movements; * Periodically verify calibration of chemical dosing pumps, ensuring process accuracy; * Monitor chemical product receipt at the warehouse, verifying conformity with purchase orders and technical specifications; * Perform other duties related to the position, as directed by the immediate supervisor; * Perform job responsibilities while strictly adhering to all organizational safety, health, and environmental work standards and procedures, and consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for job and departmental activities; responsible for immediately reporting to the immediate supervisor any activity posing a risk to one's own health or that of fellow workers; * Carry out activities in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; * Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness, supported by internal and external departmental audits; * Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility, promptly reporting any problems or damages detected. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; Industrial process experience is desirable. * **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Meal Allowance; Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Orienteme \- Online Therapy Platform; Edupass \- Online Learning Platform; Wellhub \- Gym Assistance; Transportation Allowance; On-site Meals; Profit Sharing Program (PPR).
