The **Capema Group** has an opening for a **Construction Technical Consultant**.

This professional will be responsible for providing technical support to construction sites, ensuring that projects are executed in accordance with technical standards, deadlines, budgets, and established quality criteria. They will act as the liaison between engineering, construction sites, suppliers, and clients, providing technical guidance to teams and proposing effective solutions to daily operational challenges.
**Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Activities:**
* Conduct window/door measurement at each construction stage to verify all openings and apertures.
* Collaborate with the design department to develop shop drawings for frame production.
* Prepare reports on technical site visits.
* Read and interpret installation-related drawings—including details and sections—to guide the construction team.
* Monitor construction progress while keeping the project phase schedule up to date.
* Inspect window/door installations to ensure quality and compliance upon final delivery to the end customer.
* Plan, together with the site technical team, the project schedule and phases—from final measurement verification through delivery and installation.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
* Valid driver’s license (categories A/B).
* Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.
* Proficiency in the following tools:
* AutoCAD
* Excel
**Desirable:**
* Prior experience in construction sites or technical supervision.
* Hands-on experience in measuring and installing windows/doors and frames.
* Knowledge of reading and interpreting shop drawings.
* Experience preparing technical reports and construction schedules.
* Ability to interact effectively with construction teams, clients, and suppliers.
* Familiarity with engineering and design software, such as:
* Revit (BIM)
* SketchUp
* MS Project or similar scheduling tools
* Power BI (a plus)
* Other technical software applicable to the civil construction industry.
