What we’re looking for is someone with maturity, discipline, ease in dealing with people, and a strong desire to learn a new professional path. **Job Mission:** -------------------- Ensure the smooth functioning of agile processes by supporting teams in organizing their work, facilitating rituals, removing impediments, and creating a collaborative, productive, and healthy environment. This role will be essential in helping us build a culture of continuous improvement and deliver better products, faster and with greater predictability. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Agile Process Facilitation:** --------------------------------- * Lead ceremonies such as Daily, Planning, Review, and Retrospective. * Help the team maintain focus, rhythm, and clarity in deliveries. * Promote transparency of the backlog and workflow. **Support to Development Team:** ------------------------------------- * Remove impediments and anticipate risks that could hinder progress. * Support team members in organizing activities and prioritizing tasks. * Encourage self-management, collaboration, and communication across areas. **Process Management and Continuous Improvement:** --------------------------------------------- * Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improving workflow. * Document and review internal processes together with the team. * Monitor agile metrics (lead time, throughput, etc.) and support delivery predictability. **Bridge between Product, Technology, and Business:** ---------------------------------------------- * Facilitate dialogue between different areas. * Ensure alignment between demands, scope, and expectations. * Help the team stay focused on customer value. **Cultural and Behavioral Support:** ------------------------------------ * Foster an environment of respect, trust, and collaboration. * Address conflicts and facilitate difficult conversations when necessary. * Be the guardian of agile culture and Scrum principles. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements (no prior Scrum Master experience required!)** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Organization, discipline, and ability to structure routines. * Ability to deal with people, handle conflicts, and facilitate conversations. * Analytical thinking and curiosity to understand and improve processes. * Genuine willingness to learn agile methods and grow in the role. * Emotional maturity, empathy, and active listening. **Educations and Experiences That Fit Very Well With This Role** ---------------------------------------------------------- *(none are mandatory, but all are welcome and align with the ideal profile)* * Psychology, Administration, HR Management, Production Engineering, Information Systems, Accounting, or related fields. * Experience in administrative environments, support teams, operations, agribusiness offices, controllership, financial areas, or project environments. * Experience with routine organization, documentation, processes, or customer service. **Differentiators** ---------------- * Familiarity with agile methodologies (even if superficial). * Basic knowledge of tools such as Trello, Jira, ClickUp, or similar. * Interest in building a career in agility, servant leadership, and facilitation. * Prior experience in technology companies or with ERP systems. **Additional Information** **Your Benefits** * Real growth plan with learning stages and plenty of exchange; * Feedback and development culture, with regular check-ins with your leader; * Co-payment Health Plan; * Dental Plan * CLT/PJ employment; * Full-time hiring, Monday to Friday * Life Insurance At **Grupo Softgran**, we believe that **technology and data can transform the way we make decisions**, making management smarter, more intuitive, and accessible.
