Activities: * Perform technical diagnostics on vehicles to define the scope of required services; * Ensure the integrity and preservation of received vehicles as well as customers' belongings; * Execute mechanical and electrical services, ensuring all safety procedures are followed; * Ensure customer satisfaction regarding contracted services; * Ensure speed, quality and safety in service execution, avoiding rework.
